Chesticles the Dragon

Chesticles the Dragon was a learning project together with friends of mine to get into the Photoshop workflow.
We wanted a serpent like dragon with tattered wings. You can see the first shape concepts and what I ultimately decided to go for.
He has a lovecraftian vibe with his sideways Mouth and tentacle appendages, while the skincolour is supposed to create an uncomfortable feeling.
